The natural gas network
Our natural gas distribution facilities in Carinthia include some 700 km of pipe lines and 33 reducing stations. High-pressure lines transport the natural gas to the individual supply areas. The pressure is reduced in pressure reduction stations so that the natural gas can be supplied in medium and low-pressure lines to our customers.

Safety and reliability are top priorities for the operation of our natural gas network. The network is centrally controlled and monitored from the main control centre in Klagenfurt.
